The present general conditions of sale apply exclusively between Petra di Monte Jewelry Designs and any person visiting or making a purchase via the site petradimonte.com (hereinafter “website“).
We do our utmost to provide accurate information and to make updates to the information disseminated and we reserve the right to correct, at any time and without notice, the content. However, colors of the products lightly change from screen to screen and may not look exactly as pictured, or may not be the exact tones that you receive.
Accordingly, the act of placing an order on the website implies a buyer’s acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Petra di Monte Jewelry Designs collects the personal data of the Buyer and, where applicable, the addresses of the order.

5. PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases on the website is carried out exclusively in American Dollars and by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover bank card. Also, you cay use Apple-Pay, Google-Pay and PayPal if available.
Online payment by credit card is completely secure. The entire transaction is directed in encrypted mode to the CIC banking validation server in Secure Socket Layer (SSL) mode. You then make your purchases safely.
6. SHIPPING
Our sales are delivered from Fort Worth (Zip code 76123) in Texas, USA.
The products are shipped within USA, according to the address of your choice as indicated during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to provide us with all the details necessary for the proper routing of your order.
Your package will be shipped within 2 working days of the validation of your order.
For USA clients, the purchase will be sent by USPS First-Class Package Service as a default alternative. USPS First class, also will be the free shipping method when you buy $100 or more.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
For International customers, parcels are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving the payment. USPS First Class International Service is the method that we use by default. We do combine shipping when you buy more than one item.
International clients are responsible for any import taxes or additional customs costs. Petra di Monte is not responsible for delays due to customs or severe weather conditions, as well, as for any shipping loss, damages, or other problems that arise out of our control.
7. RIGHT OF RETURN – SATISFIED OR REFUNDED GUARANTEE
We honor exchanges, do accept returns or will refund your money within 30 days of product receipt by us according to the following terms:
- The product is defective or damaged, we will refund the price of the parcel and any shipping costs.
- The product is returned of your will, in an unopened package. We will refund the price of the product to you; the expenses of returning the product to us remaining at your expense.
- The product is returned due to an error in the preparation or shipping; we refund the product price, the shipping and return costs (if any).
We do accept returns. If by chance, your product arrives damage, defective, not meeting your expectations; simply return it to us in its original packaging within the following 30 days from the delivery date.
Returns of defective items

Upon receiving the product, we will proceed to examine it carefully and then we will communicate by email how to proceed for its replacement or refund.
Refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 calendar days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the item is in process.
The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to any damage or defect, will be fully refunded, including shipping costs, as well as those costs generated by the return of the defective product.
The refund will be made in the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.

8. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

9. CANCELLATION AND RETURN SHIPMENT CONDITIONS
CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER A PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED
Case 1: The order has not yet been shipped, indicated by your order status. We will refund the order in its entirety.
Case 2: The order has been shipped; no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
Can I return my purchase to Petra di Monte once my package is opened?
Yes, you can return any product that have not been used, and/or was delivered defective.
Upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days agreed period to return the damage or defective product to us.
After we receives the item, our quality department will make a verification of the product’s conformity. A refund will be processed accordingly, and depending of the piece’s condition.
10. LIMITED GUARANTEED FOR PETRA DI MONTE JEWELRY
In the unfortunate event that your jewelry piece broke because of defective material, we have a limited time guaranteed for each kind of product according to the following:
- Earrings : 30 days
- Bracelets. : 30 days
- Necklaces. : 60 days

It is very important to keep in mind that we can not assure the accurate reconstruction of broken jewelry, since we are always rotating our beads stock for the purpose of brand exclusivity.
