SHIPPING
Our sales are delivered from Fort Worth (Zip code 76123) in Texas, USA.
The products are shipped within USA, according to the address of your choice as indicated during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to provide us with all the details necessary for the proper routing of your order.
Returns must be sent to: 4429 Chaparral Creek Dr.,Fort Worth, TX.76123, USA.
Your package will be shipped within 2 working days of the validation of your order.
For USA clients, the purchase will be sent by USPS First-Class Package Service as a default alternative. USPS First class, also will be the free shipping method when you buy $100 or more.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
For International customers, parcels are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving the payment. USPS First Class International, is the method that we use by default. We do combine shipping when you buy more than one item, it should be displayed in the checkout page.
International clients are responsible for any import taxes or additional customs fees. Petra di Monte is not responsible for delays due to customs or severe weather conditions, as well, as for any shipping loss, damages, or other problems that could happen out of our sphere of control.
RIGHT OF RETURN – SATISFIED OR REFUNDED GUARANTEE
We do accept returns. If by chance, your product arrives damage, defective, not meeting your expectations; simply return it to us in its original packaging within the following 30 days from the delivery date.
We honor exchanges, accept returns or will refund your money within 15 days of product receipt by us according to the following terms:
- The product is defective or damaged, we will refund the price of the parcel and any shipping costs.
- The product is returned of your will, in an unopened package. We will refund the price of the product to you; the expenses of returning the product to us remaining at your expense.
- The product is returned due to an error in the preparation or shipping; we refund the product price, the shipping and return costs (if any).
Domestic shipping purchases are shipped within 48 hours of business through USPS First class mail, you will have access to a tracking number to follow your package’s shipping updates. Transit time is usually 2 to 5 days.
International shipping packages are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. We use International First Class and will be shipped daily Mon-Sat.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Pieces with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@petradimote.com and send your item to: Karin Durand, 4429 Chaparral Creek Dr., Fort Worth, TX. 76123. We will provide you with the return label via email.
Shipping returns
To return your product, for any other reason not mentioned above, you should mail your product to: Karin Durand, 4429 Chaparral Creek Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76123. USA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
